Yes, he and his wife went into self isolation immediately on their return. On Mar 25 the Feds invoked the Quarantine Act making mandatory for those people returning to quarantine themselves for 14 days. Max penalties for breaking that law is up to a $750,000 fine and/or 3 years in jail iirc. It has teeth if they do decide to use it.
