I hate the constant bad news and the hype that is going on, but the reality is this “COULD” get bad, 3000 dead already and the peak is still down the road. In the grand scheme of things it’s minor, more people died in car wrecks, but the potential for 80,000, 100,00. Or more not that we couldn’t use a thinning of the stupid people but it’s the ones who get infected because a stupid person doesn’t listen. The country is pretty much on lockdown and it’s tough for some but a little restraint and smart thinking will make this go away much sooner. A month of sucking the belt up is better than scores of dead.

So I feel for the ones who need to work, but the greater good, or as Spock said “ the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few “ if you don’t need to go don’t. My wife has doctors appointments every week. It’s been all phone and video. It’s working just fine and prescriptions are delivered. I,m the only one going out and that’s been 2 trips to the store in 2 weeks, and the dog walks me twice a day.

I agree I would like to see some good news instead of round the clock covid19. I think the world would relax if we just have 1 hour news and 23 hour South Park, and a big fatty

We're on facility lockdown but have a driver who will pick up needed items. The local pharmacies have a free delivery service now for Rx and allergy supplies. I've been mostly a loner so being by myself a large share of the time is less important.

    Irony vs Stupidity

3/1 You don't need to wear a Mask
3/7 You only need a mask if you are a healthcare worker
3/15 You need a mask if you are sick
3/30 Masks might help everyone everywhere

The above applies to Gloves too

    3/1 Stop hoarding supplies
3/15 Buy just enough supplies for the next few days
3/30 You need to stay home and stop going out

3/1 Make sure you Cough and Sneeze into your Elbow
3/15 Stop shaking hands and bump elbows
3/30 Bumping Elbows might spread germs

    3/1 Stop Hoarding supplies
3/15 If you feel sick STAY home

3/1 You don't need a test unless you feel sick
3/15 You don't need a test unless you are sick enough to Hospitalize
3/30 We want to test everyone

Dates are of course approximate, but THIS is what the media has told us over the last month I am sure I am missing some obvious duhhhhhhh moments
This is why we MUST separate the Media Hype from the actual dangers from this Virus, both are happening and Politics are alive and well dividing the nations as we struggle to get real info
Now as we look back over this obvious misinformation we realize that common sense trumps Media BS, follow your gut and use common sense

Oh and the Number 1 rule I plan on following is NEVER not EVER have dinner from a Chinse Wet Market (Half Joking)

ps: We are doing fine in the woods, and it is Freaking Snowing hehehehe

No kidding Glen. How about CBS admitting a "mistake" saying a video clip of an overcrowded hospital was NYC when it was in reality it was a hospital in Italy????

Now is not the time to play politics. Save the bias for non-crisis time would ya?

Boy no lie right. They just now came out with an article saying we should all wear masks....wow really ? Reading the comments section of that article, I think we all pretty much have come to the consensus …..why now after we've all been good citizens and let the hoarders and medical personnel have all the masks ? The next question is where do we get a mask now...…good luck with that. I did ask a doctor here at the condo and he said even a bandana would work as it's too basically keep you from spreading it to them not the other way around and to wash it every day but beyond that just do the best you can because even if you find a mask(s), how you gonna keep the daily supply going ??……. Stay tuned for the next episode kids ,I'm sure it's gonna be a good one ??

Finally! Some relief from the shortage of Toilet Paper!

Fresh corn season is starting so the cobs will be filling in. Thank God I listened to my father when he talked about using corn cobs before using the Sears and Roebucks pages in their outhouse before they got running water!

    Thank you Dad!

Got the first one dried, fluffed and ready to use

Roy I love eating corn on the cob too much to ever cross that line.
    I like my option better.
