Natural selection and Covid 19
So the premise of natural selection is that those organisms that are best adapted to their environments pass their genes on to the next generation. Species that are very successful can be wiped out by a change in environment and others rise to prominence through the same conditions.
That's not the entirety of it but that is a synopsis for the point I'm trying to make.
So the wife comes home today from work and says there's a food truck up the street by the clubhouse.
You have likely heard it said that necessity is the mother of invention...
He even has his own homemade hand sanitizer.
We got our food and went home. As I was eating I thought about it and was so impressed that I walked back up and tipped them some more.
This is a new reality and the ones who will succeed are.the ones who can either weather it or reinvent themselves to meet the challenge. Not everyone will do either one but my respect and congratulations to those who do just that.Iron by iron is sharpened, And a man sharpens the face of his friend. PR 27:17

At one time in the history of this country the attitude was, it was all about the entrepreneur, the business owner. If you choose to not be in that category and work for a wage well you should just be happy to earn whatever scraps your boss wanted to pay you.
The economy evolved past that.
Many businesses will simply not survive this and many employees are in deep kimchi.
The dollar is the world's reserve currency so the U.S can just print money (to a point) and get away with it. Other countries can't do this otherwise you'll need a shopping cart full of cash to buy a loaf of bread like in Germany after WW l.
Yea there are plenty of smart guys who will come up with an angle and even more who will use the criminal avenue. As usual it's the common man who will take it in the shorts. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

When this all kicked off i decided to buy some isopropyl alcohol to use in spray bottles. I have some in the workshop but not a lot which i normally pay around £10 per liter..
Ebay prices went up three fold . I'm not sure if i should be angry at ppl taking advantage because i cannot say i wouldn't do the same thing but i found one seller with decent prices, so i ordered 10 liters.. They never arrived and i received a refund . I since realised that this is just a scam. These ppl have multiple listings/accounts at different prices.. 5 Litres for £5 is one listing (there lowest price), they sold 1000 units at £5 and im guessing they took the money and ran.
Either way i have gotten ahold of some surgical spirits nowLast edited by JOB15; 04-01-2020 at 08:52 AM.
