Aloha!
I stream radio stations constantly, especially in Hawaii where the island is obviously isolated from anything not on the island. I'm a huge Jazz fan and am into most Jazz sub-genres. I do like early Jazz on 78 shellac, so I'll check out Arctic Radio, although I think it's already in my browser bookmarks. But thanks either way.
If anyone is interested in early Jazz, specifically Jazz that was recorded on 78 RPM shellac, there is a weekly radio show as well as a weekly Zoom meeting that showcases this every Monday. The Hot Club New York www.hotclubny.com has a meeting every Monday evening (Eastern) starting at 7 PM. This link is on their website. Anyone can join the meeting. The host (Matt Fat Cat Rivera) is a supurb expert on the vintage Jazz Shellac years and has an extensive collection of early Jazz 78s that he plays during the Zoom meeting. He also talks about the music and the artists that made the music, so it's fun and educational. You do not have to have a Zoom account and join anonymously. And you can turn off your mic ans video and just listen if you want.
Earlier in the day on Monday, Matt also hosts a 3 hour radio show that features early 78 Jazz via WKCR New York from Noon to 3 PM Eastern. www.wkcr.org
On Sunday from 9 AM to 11 AM Eastern, KCSM San Francisco runs a show called "Breakfast Dance and Barbeque" with host Clint Baker that focuses on Early Jazz, mostly 78, but also Big Band up to about 1960.
www.kcsm.org
Speaking of Big Band, CJRT Toronto hosts a Sunday Evening show "The Big Band Show" with Glen Woodcock every Sunday from 5 PM - 10 PM Eastern. Glen has hosted this show for over 40 years on the air and is the master of Big Band knowledge and music. www.jazz.fm

I kinda wish I had my grandfather's old wax cylinders and 78's. Lots of great early 20th century pop and lots of prewar and WWII big band. Unfortunaltely no blues and not a lot of jazz, as he didn't much go for "race music" as it was often called before Rock and Roll blurred the distinction. Some of the western and midwestern and local country music was fascinating too. I remember when I was a kid he would always be humming the melody from "She's Got Freckles on Her BUT" LOL. He would never repeat the lyrics around our young and impressionable ears.

Thanked: 3215Here in LA, we have KJAZZ 88.1 FM, a non-commercial station that plays Jazz all day long. They play all the greats, and many of the DJ’s are or were players, producers, directors or talent that knew or know many of these the artist and share much of the history.
Weekends are mostly old Jazz and Blues, though Sunday morning are devoted to Sinatra.
It is a great station that is on in the shop, all day long. They also stream online.
