    Default Haircuts

I haven't been able to go to the barbers for about 6 months probably.

Does anyone else cut their own hair?

I use my beard trimmer with the various length attachments, probably made a right pigs ear of the back but the front and sides don't look too bad.

In Windsor Essex County, On where I live we are under a lockdown longer than the rest of Ontatrio so it's cut it yourself or start to look like cousin Itt!

There is a reason barbers and stylists charged extra for “correcting” self-styled haircuts during the last break in the lockdown in Ontario. Some of the do-it-yourself haircuts were pretty brutal.

Been thinking of just shaving it all off. I’m getting to the point where most seems to have fallen out on its own anyway.

I think that cutting your own hair is the basis for the mullet style cut. You can cut the front and sides good but not the back.

I remember from 1980 when a friend cut his own hair this way while we were broke and bored in college.

Haven't had a hair cut in a least a year now. At this point I have 3 options, ponytail, shave it all off and just stay with it. Not desperate enough to do the first two options myself yet. I've always worn my hair short so this has been an interesting experience.

Me neither. When it got to the pony tail stage, it just looked too stupid, so I got my wife
to do the job. She used a comb and scissors, and it doesn't look half bad, so I'll go with
that until our local barber shop re-opens. Soon, I hope!

My wife has cut my hair forever, I have been cutting her hair this year. I usually just keep trying to get it even until she gets frustrated and tells me to shave it all off.
When she gives me a haircut she always ask if I want the Moe or the Curly, then she says, "you get the Moe" Then she shave it all off.

I have been cutting my own hair for years. I do it every 2 weeks.
I use an Oster Classic 76 clipper. The clipper heads I use are 1 1/2 on top, 1A, 1 and 000 on the sides.
I go over the areas a few times till the clipper head stops cutting hair.
Does a great job. Very short...high and tight.
The clippers and heads have paid for themselves many times over time considering you can't get the same haircut around here for under $10.00.
$20.00 a month adds up fast.

Have had wahl hair trimmers for 30 odd years now and have collected various others.
No. 4 comb, can't go wrong.
When the boys and all their cousins were young and needed a trim out they came.
    Saved us a small fortune..
