Thank you, Pete. Both my novels, Will’s Music and now Whistling To Cairo, were joy to write. Most of the time I couldn’t wait to get to my desk and uncap my fountain pen. I have another book, Obie’s Opus, which is a lot fun to read. Obie’s Opus is a compilation of little stories and anecdotes about classical music and the great composers. In the meantime I am working on a book of stories and memories from the world of the Assyrians. The book is titled Musing With My Samovar, and I expect to finish it by summer. Ah, so much to love in life.

Amazon eh? I'll check whether i can get it for my Kindle.

I can't wait to read your books, are they girlie love stories or can I read them after my manly shave?

I haven't read a book before where I can say I know the author.

Congratulations. Quite an achievement. Proud to have a novelist in our midst.

Gee, I wish I could write girly novels. For sure I would make some money. But no, this is a mature love story with a lot of classical music references. You might like. Enjoy.

It doesn't seem that I can get your books for the Kindle
I have just got rid of all my paperbacks to free up some space and get ready to move house so if there is anyway that you, your publishers or Amazon could make your books available for the Kindle I would buy both.

I am reading "Whistling to Cairo".

I'm on page 44, or at least I am on a kindle.

The story is very good, I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would because my usual fair is more Ken Follet or Michael Crighton.

Although there is romance, it's not Mills & Boon or Harlequin. I always read for half hour in bed before I turn off the light, I look forward to my daily installment of your book.

I don't want to be a name dropper but I know the author you know

Ah, bless your heart, Steve. Thank you for the kind words. Keep on reading. I think in the end you will be rewarded. By the way, I have started the third novel.

OK Obie, I just finished "Whistling to Cairo"

Excellent book, I assumed when I got it that it was going to be better suited for my wife but no, excellent read.

Is there a formula for writing books or are just that imaginative, very impressed and I will be leaving a review on Amazon.
