Default Really heavy and solid scotch tumbler / double old-fashioned?

Im looking for a very heavy and solid feeling simple tumbler or double old fashioned. I would like something similar to the photo below, but I just havent found one that feels solid enough. I have looked at the local stores like william sonoma, crate and barrel, and a barware supply store, but havent found anything. Does anyone have any ideas where I can find something?

Antique stores or thrift stores seem a likely place!

    JL,

Try this site. A wide selection of quality crystal...pretty much anything you could want. The have some very nice hevy-bottomed old fashioned glasses that would be great for whiskeys, as well as some very nice shot glasses for vodkas.

Josh... you might drop by a decent Macy's... they carry Vera Wang Crystal... the Illusion and Modern styles may interest you.

I'm not a scotch drinker per=se, buut my dad is. he swears that the glass makes a difference, he really only used waterford crystal for his good single malts.

Thanks so far guys. I really like waterford, but I dont care for their designs, I like sleek clean and no lines or engraving if possible. I saw the Vera Wang stuff Joe, but it just has to much going on with the design for me. I wish I knew other good companies that make good crystal, but I am pretty ignorant when it comes to that kind of thing.

I hate to say this here it makes me sound like a cheepskate but... with the holidays comming up keep an eye on the liqour gift packs. My best set of whisky glasses came free from Chivas Regal. I like the glasses more than I did the Scotch.

Most of the better crystal seems to have designs incorporated. In looking around via Google I ran across Dartington which appears to be somewhat sleek (although the pictures could be better). Anyway, you might want to take a look see.
