Thanked: 0other hobbies
I'm just wondering what hobbies everyone else here has other than the AD's involved with straights!
I sail during the summer and snowboard during the winter. Otherwise all year I train in can-ryu jiu jitsu, BJJ and MMA and am hopelessly addicted. I am a student in biochem in my last year and am hopefully going to dental school after this, and to me science counts as a hobby because it requires such in depth involvement.
I look forward to hearing about everyone else!

Guitar, wrestling, weight training, and reading classic literature. Lately, I have not been able to spend much time doing any of these hobbies since I started studying for my CPA exam though because unfortunately there are only 24 hours in the day.

C++ programming is my main hobby atm. Helping newbie programmers on the microsoft forums and newsgroups, and writing articles about programming C++ earned me an MVP award which I shamelessly use to visit conferences and hobnob with Microsoft developers. I also maintain a blog on C++: www.msmvps.com/blogs/vanDooren
Apart from that I collect malt whisky. My goal is to have had one bottle of each scottish distillery before I die. I am currently at 80 I think.
Finally, I also like to read English books. I have so many books that I have to store most of them in boxes in the attic because with my house still under construction I don't have space to put them. I think I'd have 5 or 6 bookcases full of books.
I have had lots of hobbies over the last dozen years, but this is what I currently occupy myself with (razors excluded of course).Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Coolness, I'm a blader. You're probably not into the same kind of things as me though. I'm more into ramps and stunts (to the laymans ear).
Also I play some guitar (far too little lately)
Read loads of books
Watch Hero's on TV
Play some computer games
And love to go out with my pretty little wife.
