not quite the same as Flanny's house

so since it looks a bit confusing - is the whole building one house that will be yours or it's several houses?

(and i didn't see any penguins in there)

hahaha the building is several houses. The one in the middle (with the glass door) is mine.

Pinguins? I've got Linux....but other than that no penguins around I'm affraid.

It's also got an attic with an extra room. But there's not attic floorplan.

very nice tile work. When you get a chance show us some pictures of the attic. You may be able to put in a sky light or two and a repair shop up there for your razors
