    Hmm, weird. Just in case of that, I have an old school computer power "strip" that's a box you put your monitor on. It has switches for every one of your components and cutting power is as easy as flicking the switch- not to mention it keeps my stuff safe from surges. You might check into one similar- power supplies can be an expensive part to replace
