By the way Makar, that's a hell of a photo.

2 sugar gliders. you can only see one in this picture, the other one is still asleep in the pouch.
if you don't know what a sugar glider is, they are small shark/badger hybrids that can fly and destroy the souls of men.
This is my wife with our two rescues. Suzy and Binky.
allways wanted a sugarglidder but have hear that they are hard to raise and kinda fragile. have you had any issues?
Two dogs:
A German Shepherd (Sasha) & a Border Collie (Jake)
Two cats:
Romo & Alice (who is so new we don't have a picture of her yet). This is Romo's kitten picture.... about 15 pounds ago.
Rusty's services haven't been necessary since I started locking the goats and chickens in at night!
:OTI would like to ask what the average top speed for a medium size dog is, say 60 to 65 lbs. I have clocked Rusty's top speed at 40 miles per hour! Is this normal?
everyone on my little dirt road likes to race Rusty in their cars and they all tell me that Rusty beats them to the end of the three acres every time! they also tell me that due to the road they wont go any faster than 35 mph!
It was a good day that - I remember it well. I am holding the toy - the photo was taken by one of our 'dogsbodies' as they are called. Every SAR team needs a pool of volunteers who lay down on the hill in bivi bags quietly and wait to be found. The reward for finding a body, and bringing the 'master' to it, is a big play with 'daddy' - no food is ever used as this could have consequences if an injured body has a stash with them. That weekend was one of those when he just responded to every command whistled from a couple hundred yards - lovely.
Dobermans.
