Thread: Superbowl Plans?

One of my sales guys at work is hosting a party. I've turned out the best BBQ of my life in the past year, and he's sampled the leftovers. He bought $80 worth of meat that is sitting in my fridge to start smoking tomorrow afternoon for the big game. I've been averaging about 20 hours or so total cook time on brisket, and I've got two nice 13 pounders to cook. I'll start a couple of beer can chickens and two pork tenderloins Sunday morning. I'm planning on cooking some diced Vidalia onions with 3 pounds of chorizo sausage and some mushrooms & spinach, to top with some Mozerella cheese to serve as an appetizer.


Patriots are favored by 14, but I'm still gonna root for the Giants.
