I missed this thread yesterday cause... well the better half IS chinese so we had the family dinner and all. I love my multi cultural home... MORE HOLIDAYS FOR ME!

aha, just found this thread...a week too late! I don't think you gave me that recipe. You told me how to make black bean sauce (mmmm...back bean sauce), but not the Chinese crab... but I'll take it!

I try not to cook on Chinese New year. I always pick up from a place here that makes the noodles that I grew up on. oh, and I buy like three gau
