The joys of PayPal
For some reason, PayPal is no longer letting me do instant transfers from my bank account, and I know it's not because there's not enough money in the account. The help section and FAQ at PayPal are so abysmally lame, it's almost funny. Before I take the next step of having to actually correspond with someone at PayPal , has anyone ever encountered this problem?

I haven't had trouble with Paypal, but from all the complaints at BetterBusinessBureau and Paypalsucks.com I can imagine the hard time you might be in for.

yeah my account has been in their screwed up pile few times. there isn't much you can do, call them if you want them to apologize to you, but as far as getting it resolved they're usually taking their sweet time (in my experience weeks).
Send a check if that's an option, or use a CC for funding if that works.

For some reason my paypal account did something similar and defaulted to sending "e-checks" for some reason. I was able to find an options tab that allowed me to reset it to instant transfers again... maybe something like that is going on for you?

Yea I have the same issue right now with paypal. I think it can have something to do with if you have a balance in your paypal account.

I have not had any trouble with PayPal. I usually carry a balance as it is helps prevent any problems with a bank account. I have their business debit card too. I do transfer to my business bank account and I have had no problems with that either. Gosh it works faster then my bank! But deification happens.
