Or no rain through July and we are back in a drought. I just spent two hours shoveling my driveway, half of my driveway, my short little driveway, so I can get the truck out.
My neighbors have two beagles; the snow is over their back. All you see is dog head sticking out of the snow. My lab fares better but it is still up to his belly. Thankfully it is a nice sunny day and warming up quick.

I don't miss that mess at all. Wife and I moved to Florida from Ohio 3 years ago.

We had 15.5 here in Cincinnati. It's the most I've seen here in a long while, at least 9 years.

I have to say guys, I am quite jealous. This will be the first year that I can remember not seeing one flake of snow. Since moving to NC back in August, I was hoping to see at least some flurries. No Luck!!! I am sure you think I am crazy but I miss the snow.

I love snow, but the area I live in gets the crap. We're on the line between the snowfalls to the north, and the rainstorms to the south. Yeh, we get snow, but we get a lot more slush and freezing rain and sleet and rain. I hate it.
Heck, I just generally dislike the ENTIRE Philly area.

Yeah that last storm was darn near a blizzard. Nothing like the one in '78, but still a lot of snow in a 24 hr period. I just fired up my sleds and drove wherever the hell I wanted to. That was great! You don't get to do that very often this far south in Ohio.
Now it seems to melting away as fast as it came.
