Thanked: 150News from me.
well, I have be noticeably, or maybe not so noticeably, absent as my wife and I have been searching for a new home. right now we are in an 850 square foot condo, because we bought what we could afford on my income alone, at the time we bought it. and when my wife was pregnant with our first daughter. Now we have a 4 1/2 year old and a 2 1/2 year old, and things are really tight. the market is a great time to buy, and we just entered in to a contract for a new (new to us) house. 4 bed rooms, three bathrooms, with a bedroom in the basement (only finished room in the full basement) which will be my man cave. My daughters will have their own rooms, and we will have more than one bathroom. Oh, and it is also on a 8200 square foot lot, which is now rather large for the Denver area.
However, the contract went into effect yesterday, and my wifed ended up in the ER last night, after she tried to relieve herself, and ended up passing nothing but blood. The doctors performed a colonoscopy, and found that the bleedings was up in the intestine. They prescribed antibiotics, thinking it was an infection, but will let us know the results of the tests today, so please keep us in your prayers.
This is a mixed news post, with some great news on our house, but what timing for my wife to get this "condition" what ever it is.

Matt, I'll pray that it's only a minor complication and that your wife will be up, running and enjoying the new house in no time

My prayers are with you. Women's health is so much more complicated than that of men.....I know I could never put up with the health issues women do. They are amazing!
