2000
Time to reflect on the past. Or so it seems, and who am I to break the tradition?
People came and went. Some I was glad to see go, some I was sad to see go.
I made some unlikely friends here, which is nice, considering that with 2 small kids I don’t get to leave the house that often anymore
I managed to stay away from RAD and most other ADs. I do have a growing hone collection, but there is a perfectly logical and rational explanation for each of my stones, so that doesn’t count as HAD
Cheers. I think I'll have a celebratory drink tonight.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanks.
Every $ I make by restoring razors gets spent on hones or equipment.
I am building up my workshop ever so slowly, in order to start making customs.
Hopefully that will by the end of this year.
My wife doesn't mind me spending lots of cash on e.g a Nakayama or large Coticule, because she knows that it is a zero sum game without impact on the household budget.
I could buy razors as well, but that would delay my goal of having a grinder and making my own custom.
Restoration is really a hobby or me, so I focus on that area. I guess eventually I'll buy customs, but for now I have more important things to buy.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
