    Default Local theater!!

So I know this is kind of random(though it does kind of relate), but it stirs my emotions to no end, so I had to post it. Our local theater(our town only has like maybe 10-12K population) is doing Sweeney Todd!!!

I am ridiculously excited and will be auditioning as soon as I know when they are!

    *end random/insane excitement*

I'll probably audition for Sweeney, and if I don't get that, I'll see if they'll take me for anything else.

So you're a baritone. You've got some good lines on your resumé I hope. None-the-less. I hope you kick it over and let us know what happens.

I wish I had a resume. I have never actually done musical theater. I am a baritone, however, and I've been told by numerous vocal/musical people that I have a good voice. It also helps tremendously that I grew up in a very musical family, with both of my parents having acted/played an instrument or two in our local theater.

I'm going to be taking vocal lessons hardcore to make up for the lack of musical theater experience.

    Default Break a leg!

It would be nice to see someone playing Sweeny who didn't reverse slack "strop" a blade then race through a shave.
