    Default Time to celebrate!!!! 2^(2^(2^0)+2^(2+2^0))

    Correctamundo!!! I made it!!!!!!
If I ever get to celebrate 2^(2^0+2^(2^0)+2^(2+2^0)) I will have also little yellow face next to my name.

But one celebration at a time....

And here I am way back here not yet to 2^(2^0+2^0+2^2)

Come on, you all knew someone would jump in on this!

(Gugi, does this mean you believe there are 10 kinds of people in the world?)

Indeed! Those who know, and those who don't!

    Default Finally!

I thought people stopped liking me for some reason - took a whole 1101 hours to get somebody post, despite the 100000 views...

And I think I believe right now there are almost 10^(100001) kinds of people in the world, but I will agree that there are 1 with respect to counting - those who start from 0, and those who don't
Yes, I do believe in 0. Very strongly. Pains me that I have to be inconsistent every now and then, and compromise with my beliefs for the benefit of others....

You believe in 0? What has 0 ever done for you?

I look forward to your thoughtful reply, heretic

Default This aggression will not stand!

I reject this attempt to smear the 0-number! This just shows not only that you don't personally know 0, and neither have accepted it as your personal foundation and frame of reference, but also your utter ignorance about 0!
I must come to its defense as I've already proudly proclaimed myself as a zero-lover.

I have know 0 ever since I remember and I have not seen any other number of such integrity and neutrality. You are asking what has 0 done for me? I can answer you that instead you should be concerned what you can do for 0, but I will tell you that if nothing else 0 is all idempotent. In fact it is the incarnation of idempotency. No (and read my lips, I mean 0) group can even exist without 0!

Perhaps because of its humbleness 0 is sometimes omitted by those who are ignorant, yet it is the cornerstone of anything important as signified by the expression "year zero".

I already mentioned the neutrality of 0, but let me clarify that it extends not only to it being neither positive, not negative, but also it is neither prime, not composite. At the same time it's perfectly even, natural and whole, rational, and real, all these at the same time which only exemplifies how it is also complex.

As a testament to all this and many other features of its character all modern programming languages have switched to vastly more efficient 0-based counting. Not to mention that without 0 there will be no roulette either.

So, here you have it, you ignorant heathen. Here I stand firm in my conviction that whenever I need a singularity I can always divide by 0 to get one.

Perhaps the slashed zero is more appropriate for SRP members?
