Thanked: 131Congratulations Newlywed Garry!!!
Congratulations to Garry!!!
Ladies and Gents i'd like to be the first to offer a HUGE congratulations to my fellow Scotsman Garry who recently got married in Las Vegas. Apparently it was a surprise to everyone except him and his fiance
So Garry I hope you post here to describe it for the guys and tell us all about it. And everyone i'd like to propose a toast to Mr and Mrs O'Donnell. May they live well, love much and laugh often.

Well what can I say ... we've planned this for about a year ( without telling anyone ) so on Thursday we flew from the UK to Las Vegas Nevada and were Married at the "Welcome to Las Vegas " sign Friday night ..
left Las Vegas Sunday moring and arrived back in the Uk yesterday afternoon ....
First trip to teh US for us .. ( we went via Chicago on the way there , then via Dallas on the way back )
It won't be our Last ... I have to say we both loved our very short visit across the pond ...
cheers ... Garry

Congrats.
We did exactly the same thing, except we got married at lake tahoe, california in a beautiful flower garden next to the lake. We didn't tell anyone up front either, so I can perfectly imagine what it was like. It took me a lot of effort not to accidentally tell anyone.
Congrats, and have a hapy honeymoon.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
To spit in Sightblinder’s eye on the Last Day

A fine thing to do indeed. Congratulations and all the best to both of you.
I didn't manage to book a trip round the mill this weekend so won't be passing by Largs but look forward to meeting you sometime soon.
All the best again
