    Default Hidden Paypal Settings

    I wasn't sure where to put this. I was thinking more about the auction or BST forum since this really has to do with ecommerce. However, since this isn't doesn't have anything to do with buying or selling anything related to straight razors, I didn't seem to fit there either...

    Seeing as how most people here use paypal, and a few may be making quite a bit of dough, this is something they may like to know.

    Basically it says how you can get lower fees due to the tier system, but instead of upgrading automatically, you have to opt-in manually. On top of that, the page is pretty difficult to navigate to.
