Thinking outside the box
As I am writing this, my youngest daughter is playing with one of those things where you have to put blocks through holes with the same shape. i.e. star shaped blocks through star shaped holes etc.
She did 2 circular blocks first, and that went well.
Then she tried one of the others and she couldn't fit them.
After looking at the box for a couple of seconds, she pulled off the lid and neatly put the blocks in the box.
Then she looked up and gave us a big wide grin.
That's my girl.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

How you skin the cat is not so important once you break its spine! Good job, give her a hug for me. Father of 5 girls.

Enjoy ALL those little treasures of time while they're small. They grow so fast that those past memories will be even more valuable in the years to come. Every minute spent with a child is a wonderful memory in the making.

+1 what mike said. youll need those memories to keep yourself from killing the little buggers when they are older and know so much more than you do.
