Ok, but what if Obama had made a bunch of treaties, agreements, etc., and then it was found he didn't have constitutional standing to do so until much later? What would you do then? Well, I suppose he'd be sent home with all his stuff and the possible legal proceedings for forgery (or whatever it would be termed) would ensue. He'd be jobless at the time since he wouldn't have his senate seat. As for whatever he did while in office, well, I guess we just get caught with our pants down. I'm sure though that Biden would follow suit with every last president and both pardon and honor Obama:shrug:
