I dont know how many 8 track tapes of "Dark side of the Moon" I wore out when I was younger, falling asleep with the headphones on. Reminds me of another album, "Who's Next"

I'm sure Richard is playing the great gig in the sky.

Rick's death was a bit of a shock to me... I'm an inconditional fan so I was getting very worked up because of the rumour that was rising some time ago. They said (and Nick Mason confirmed this) that all was ready to start again: Rick was in, he was too and even Waters was up for it... all was in Dave's hands. Waters called the experience of being together at the Live8 something like "putting on an old shoe"... But now it's impossible. And it seems that Pink Floyd's Great Gig will be, indeed, in the sky...

A day of sadness. I will listen to Ummagumma tonight as tribute.

I don't have a copy of Animals, but did forget Meddle and Momentary Lapse of Reason.

He will be greatly missed, especially in the wake of the news of a reunion.
