Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Above is the First Amendment to the Constitution, what dose it have to do with what she was talking about? Did Congress pass a law saying the she can't say bad things about Obama? She said it so she has free speech, the press reported it, and she says this bull over and over at her "somewhat" peaceable rallies? Just another example of her complete and utter ignorance. You thing she would have at least learned the First Amendment while studying journalism. News Flash the Constitution does not protect one from criticism from the press nor anyone else. If you don't want to be criticized stop saying stupid things.

I'm so tired of the total and utter ignorance, education=elitism, "I want to vote for someone as ignorant as me". "It's a dangerous world" so go out and vote for a hot head with very little self control and his ignorant running mate.

Then again maybe I'm wrong, it seems like Palin has her on personal Constitution that gives her rights a powers beyond everyone else.

I get very tired of these right-wing extremists -- I won't call them Republicans, because they've essentially highjacked the party of my birth -- slinging mud and worse, and then wrapping themselves in the flag and whining about what victims they are.
