But you're assuming that his vote is the only one that won't matter? How many votes does it take before they start to matter? Maybe each individual should be sent a flyer notifying him or her before the election whether or not their vote is going to matter.

I have never completely understood your line of reasoning, VtDPC. If each vote gets counted, each vote matters.
