E-mail delivery of posts.
I have been using the e-mail delivery of post made here and did notice one drawback. The headers only show SRP and the name of the forum. You no longer get the ID of who posted the message. Many of our members never sign their posts and the only clue I had as to who they were was the return e-mail address.
Looks like for now it is going to be easier to just log in here a few times day and read the posts.
It still would be nice if at least the yahoo crowd signs their posts.
Thanks,
Tony

Thanked: 328Re: [SRPOT] E-mail delivery of posts.
Tony,
Thanks for the feedback. This is a bug that's on the list. Hopefully
we can change the code so that the email shows that it comes from
whomever posted it, plus puttin in their signature.

Thanked: 17I try to get to the webmail, but the system does not allow me to login using the password that I set-up. I did get an email saying it was all set....with the right password.
DO I need to set it again for this work computer? I wouldn't think so, but hey, who knows?

Thanked: 1Might, might not be related, but cookies don't seem to be working. I've told the forums to remember my login, and it doesn't. Have to relog in everytime. Will cause a lot of guest posts.

Thanked: 328For the username, use your full email address and that should let you log in.
I'll take a look at the cookies issue.
Thanks

Thanked: 1David, it seems like the cookie thing is on my end. Only does it on my work computer, not my home, so don't sweat looking for an issue.
