Rubik's cubes. I can't get enough of them. I carry one with my most places now, works great to pass the time when waiting in line and such. I also like other twisty/permutation puzzles. I can only speed solve the Rubik's cube though, any other puzzle I do pretty slowly by comparison.

I'm also a PC/Console gamer, and have been since I was 5. Always loved em.

Programming, I usually have some side project going. 3D programming is probably my favourite.

Photography, but it's not too often that I see a shot I like.

Quantum mechanics, though it's not as much of a hobby, as I don't know the math behind it.

My hobbies (random order): working on my salt water fish tank, smoking cigars, playing golf.

Not to mention, spending time with my friends and family.

! play guitar (1972 Gibson SG, 2003 Blonde Fender Strat with Bill Callaham pickups and other bits, 1962 Hofner Verithin, Hohner Gruhn acoustic, Fender Tweed Deluxe Amp, Zvex Nano Amp)
I also make Fuzz Face pedals which work just like the good ones they made by accident!! Hendrix liked them!!
I enjoy local, social and my families history. One of my ancestors was a disadent of Cardinal Woolsey - my fella won! And never ever follow my folks into a war, we get into the worst conflicts.
Fishing, hunting shooting, walking, metal detecing, moaning about life, collecting Welsh and Chinese pottery, pre 1850 oak furnature, snuff, swearing (US= cursing) so my wife says and music.

I mess around with guitars; I have several but can't claim to "play" them, it's more like play with them. I also collect, and do some fountain pen repair. R/c modeling (airplanes) also takes up a bunch of my time.
Lots more interests, but those are the ones that get most of my time.

    - I'm pretty hardcore cyclist, I ride a recumbent bike, which is a whole other niche in cycling. I enjoy fixing and building up bikes, I used to race mountain bikes and built all my race bikes from scratch.
    - I mess around with airguns, I have a Baikal IZH-46M target pistol and a Beeman rifle. Not really a good shot, but killing cans is always fun.
    - Fish and soon to be boating, my Dad gave me his little rowboat, which will hit the water as soon as the ice melts.
    - Most winters I like to do some cross-country skiing, the more challenging the trails the better.

That's about all I can think of right now.

I like walking a lot - not hardcore trekking but a 7/8 hour walk over the kind of peat moors you get along the Pennines in northern England suits me fine. I have a border-collie dog - not sure if you can count having a dog as a hobby as such but she's a massive part of my life and walking seems a bit pointless when there's no hound scouting out the path ahead. Apart from walking and hounds, I'm really into comics/graphic novels (but not really superhero stuff, anything from Krazy Kat to Lost Girls via Joe Sacco and Love & Rockets), folk/traditional music, twiddling the handlebars of my moustache, amateur theatre, art/illustration with dip pen and gouache. The two things I don't do but must do before I die are sailing (just something like a dinghy or laser would be fine) and bee keeping.

EDIT - oh and I'm an armchair fan of many sports but especially football (soccer) and cricket.

Aye - well I was watching them. I thought they played pretty well after conceding two early but it's not a good result! Not my team but I live here so I'm gonna be surrounded by miserable reds all Christmas (including my missus), especially if my team don't do you a highly unlikely favour tomorrow at the Bridge.
