Yes the Odyssey is available in the U.S. and we'd refer to that as a minivan. The Honda and the Toyota are two of the higher priced vans in the U.S. They also have a leg up in safety over the U.S. versions since both I believe have side curtain airbags but IIRC the U.S. minivans don't at this time.

My wife has always joked that if she was a songwriter she'd pen a song titled: "Angry Man in a Minivan" since there seem to be so many aggressive emasculated men tailgating and speeding all over Suburbia in the infamous minivan.

The Dodge Caravan does have side curtain airbags.
It has an Auto Transmission but it does allow manual shifting.
