    Default Excellent home for sale!

My mother passed away in June. I'm the executor of her estate. She owned a really sweet, cozy three bedroom ranch home in a fantastic location - near CLEVELAND. It needs updating. If you know of anyone looking for a place, send them to my real estate broker, who can be found at . . . Email View,

Your friend in the stropping world,

And not far from the center of the SRP universe in Ohio, either!

That house looks very nice. The back yard looks very peaceful.

But yeah, the interior looks like it hasn't been updated since 1963.

Sorry to hear about your mother. Good luck on selling the house. It should make someone a nice home.

    Ha ha. That's awesome.

If it was my job to sell that house, I'd probably have some fun whenever someone came to take a tour. I'd leave a bunch of 1960's LIFE magazines fanned across the table, maybe with the "MAN LANDS ON THE MOON!" edition at the top, as though it's still the big news in the household. I'd take everything out of the record collection post-1969. I'd put up a 1969 calendar. I'd leave a TV tray in front of the (very outdated) wooden-framed television, and it'd have a sectioned foil plate on top of it, as though it was left there forty years ago. But how could that be conveyed? Maybe a "HAPPY 1970!" New Years Eve hat could be beside it?

    All kinds of fun things!

And naw, I probably won't be chosen to be the executor of any estates.

Now that's a blast! If you ever need any help with wacky over-kill style jokes... count me in!

Ralph, sorry to hear about your Mom. Hope everything is ok and that you nanage to sell the house quickly and to someone who loves it.

Actually that sounds like a good marketing ploy!
