Default What about your 2008 New Years resolutions?

Did you meet your goals for 2008?

I wanted to build a good workbench in my basement, and I did.
I wanted to end the year with 76 kg (167 lbs) on the scales, and I did.
I wanted to get Windows 2003 Server certification, and I did.
I wanted to get the guest toilet done... and I didn't.

I was relatively on course, but then I discovered that some of the electric wiring that branched off from within the light socket was on an overloaded circuit.
So I had to split the circuit, open up the 1st level floor to get to the socket, perform bypass surgery on the tubes and pulling in new wires. And since the electric distribution in my house was crappy to begin with, I took the opportunity to have my cousin replace the entire breaker box. But since everything was open, I decided to connect new circuits for the attic, the basement, ...
When it was all done, we had reached 2009

Kind reminds me of the time when I was going to take an afternoon to install a sink in the washing area, and a month later I had dug up half the garden, removed busted low quality piping, installed high quality drainage throughout the entire crawling space under the house, connected all existing drains to the new system... and hooked up the new sink

So how about your 2008 resolutions?

I wanted to finish my first two knives. And I did.

I wanted to have a son at the end....and I did.

I wanted a substantial pay raise, and I got it.

For this year I also want a promotion....into management/project coordination. (accompanied by another pay raise offcourse.)

I wanted to forget all my resolutions by November. And I did

No, honestly, there wasn't any resolutions for me in 2008. Well, maybe not to eat that much throughout the winter. Guess I did it
