I am not ready to worry about this yet. At this point, I worry about my daughter playing in the dog's water bowl. (She's 8 months old).
I can't imagine what parents go through when they hand their kid car keys, or worse, when some other kid shows up to frive them somewhere. I know how I will try to raise my daughter and teach her responsibility, but that other kid...I don't like the looks of him....

I think it's a great idea, as like nun2sharp said, as long as it is up to the parents, not the government.
