That's pretty sweet. I wonder why it never made it. I about rolled laughing at that poor horse stuck in the snow

It isn't very practical. Only someone who has one can get around and it can't get around on cleared ground, therefore it isn't any good to clear roads with. while a cool concept for a recreational vehilce, a catapiller drive is much more practicle for winter use.
