    Those were our thoughts until we met some kids who were not year spoken language aged, who were able to communicate their needs in a manner other than pointing and screaming. Those kids all developed speech normally.

    Oh, I have a feeling we'll still get plenty of pointing and screaming. She knows "all done." That's pretty much it. We are working on signs around food/feeding because that is where we have the most, uh, communication based frustration. Yeah, "frustration."
