Maybe both, I don't know. My body self-regulates pretty well. If I eat a bunch of junk, I won't eat for a while just to balance it out. It's not even a conscious effort really

But seriously, i love refried beans, and i love Taco Bell. It is my favorite fast food restaurant which i like to hit up once a week, if not twice.

To start for the PRO side of taco bell, for $2.20 you can get two cheesy double beef burritos and be full. I can not do that at any other restaurant PERIOD.
If they are true refritos, then they have been cooked twice, once to cook the beans, then after they have been mashed, fried in fat. Despite the name, they are only fried once. My understanding is that the prefix "re" in spanish is often used to add emphasis and not just to indicate a repeat (but I'm not a native speaker). So the proper translation of refritos is not refried, but really fried or maybe just FRIED.

In practice, most comercial "refried" beans have not even been fried once, just mashed up, mixed with some fat and sealed up in a can.

funny you should mention Taco Bell and pinch together

I agree they aren't so bad it is like any other chain if the people who work there care they can be pretty good if not stay away, besides in my area they are one of a few places open until 2am at least a few nights a week.

The last time I ate at Taco Bell, I could S**T through a screen door at twenty feet. Nothing came out of me that was bigger than a tomato seed.

I'm pretty much done with Taco Bell.

Don't you mean to say that you s**t 20 feet from your door on the way to the toilet?

That's mean though. As someone who has s**t himself, I know your pain

    Thumbs down Taco Smell

Im sorry Taco bell is one of the foulest fast food chains out right now. I would rather eat McDonalds for two weeks straight than have a chance at eating at Taco Smell. Plus there is always some form of mexican food restaraunt around town that you can go to. Hell, Mexican Express by my house is relativly cheap and they deliver so i never have to leave the SRP website. But all and all food is awsome and i am thankful to get food.
