    IT's a shorthand text messaging system. I believe it is associated with facebook but I could be wrong. I was wrong once before.

    You are absolutely right Twitter is the good bit of facebook (the status updates) without the constant barrage of requests from my 'friends' to give my personal details to a useless application so that I can find out what my 'Heroes' ability is, play at 'biting' one another as werewolves and making gangster gangs. Yeah I can see why you would think they are better features.

    voted yes but far from an addict. Its on my iPhone and is just easy to use a couple times a day. I have family all over the country so its neat to see what everyone is doing etc.

    I like the other sites because I can post my art work in a gallery folder for the public to see at there own will and then comment onto them. I also like to write and I am a part of a community on myspace for poets and story writers where I post my short stories and such.
