Thanked: 1There's a great book called Letters From Dad by a guy named Greg Vaughn that focuses on this very issue. He found/resurrected the lost art of writing letters to his kids and wife as a way of telling them how much he loved them. His hope is that they'll have something to hold on to long after he passes away to remind them of how precious they are to him. I highly recommend this for any/all fathers out there. Great idea for Father's Day...

Earlier this year. I have written a few. All to one person, but they liked them well enough. I will probably write more now that I have a fountain pen (ooo, so old fashioned!). My handwriting is much better with it than a ball point.
I used to write a lot more. I love mailing things.
