Hey, next time, I want to have some PM's too
Congratulations!
When I wake up after such a night, and a woman tells me that she is pregnant and I'm the father, I wouldn't be that cool

Thanked: 586Hey that is wonderful news! I wish you and the boss healthy happiness!
Will you please let me know when you've decided on a name so I may make a special toy for the bouncing bundle?

Thanked: 953Congratulations! That's terrific news. I found it didn't really sink in on me that I was going to be a dad until the kids was about 3 or 4 months old and starts really reacting to you like an individual. It's different for us than for women who understandably feel the link immediately.
You should see the paper I wrote when I was drunk in college. Thought it was brilliant till I woke up in the morning and couldn't make out a single word.

Hi, Sandy.
Fantastic news. It's still early days. I sincerely hope everything works out wonderfully for you guys. Having been a father for just over a year now I can confess that I'm still not completely ready for everything, but that's just life as a parent I think. Take care of each other.

Thanked: 131Thank you all very much for your well wishes. I'll let you know when it begins to seem real.
And thank you all for the PMs as well. I will do my best to get back to you all individually as soon as I can.
And for those of you I didnt PM on the night in question, I wouldnt worry about it. I am gonna have a helluva time trying to afford all the things I promised everyone already anyway!

Congratulations Sir & Lady Kidney!!! You see, you did not need to try too hard.
Sandy, it feels like a head smash right now, just wait til you hold the wee nipper. The universe will change with a crash & only you & your Good Lady will notice. Best thing to ever happen
