    Default Flashaholics? anyone? anyone?

Don't even know what it is?

I doubt you'll like this thread then !!! LOL

Let's hear what you have !!!

EDC is a NiteCore D10 Q5 (dumb version)

Night time adds a EagleTac T10L

At work I carry a red 6D Mag623 (hands out of your pocket light)
It's powered by Emolis and runs better than 10 mins (careful with those UP cells)
10 mins is a long time when the light gets too hot to touch after a 2 min run

I'm a hardcore modder and build lights regularly.
I sell various hotwires and mod lots of lights.

I've been building aspherical (R1/3D) Mags for a while now and selling them to security/LEOs.

    SO

    any flashaholics?

Maglite LED with two AA batteries. It is the best flashlight I have had so far. And a red headlight for nightflying.
Always carry the two of them in my flightbag.

But apart from flying I try to use flashlights as little as possible, it is such a great feeling to walk in the dark with only starlight from above and feel how the nightvision is getting really good and how the other senses seems to grow more accurate. It is best when there are absolutely no lights for as long as you can see!

I have a nice twin AA fenix. I love the thing. Not a flashaholic by far but I'm gratefull that I found at least one nice one. Also carry one of those single AAA battery Fenix lights with my leatherman.

I keep a mag lite like the police use within reach just under the bed next to my 10mm Glock. May never need them but if I need them and don't have them ..... probably never need them again.

I love my Mini Newt bicycle light on my commuter.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

    Ah, when AD's cross over.

Dereelight DBS V3 MC-E - my favorite all around
SF M2 with Malkoff M60 at the bedside
SF G2 yellow with Deree Q3-5A in the glovebox
Fenix LOD with my car keys
SF L1, Nitecore, Nightcore D10 Q5, and Q5 Extreme take turns on or with me.

Also have a couple of 6P's and Fivemega 18650x2 body for playing around with an IMR-9 and P-91, P-60s.

Not gotten involved with modding. I am pretty happy with my 3D Mag with Malkoff drop-in.

I have found the pelican lights to be great. They are free to me at work the 2AAA 1900 is tough, bright and intrinsically safe which is important in a chemical plant. The batterys are also cheep and they do stand behind the warrenty I have tried them. Not tactical by any means but none the less dependable.
