Watching O'Reilly defend Obama's Cairo speech....
Did any of you catch the factor today? O'Reilly actually stood up for Obama regarding his speech in Cairo....specifically on many of the points other right-wingers are bashing him for (ie. being an apologist, too much sympathy for palestine, not enough for Israel, too much embrace of Islam)
This is one reason O'Reilly is one of my favorite right-wing talking heads. Despite his regular psychotic rants and unfair treatment of guests, he has the ability to be very objective and break ranks with all the other boobs on Faux "News" even when it's unpopular.
Keep on rockin' Mr. O'Reilly!!!

people need to get up and stand up
try Mark Levin
he heckles Obama and other politicians, calls them liars, names, and demeans them in general while still being right on point concerning the Constitution.

I'm not willing to give Bully O'Reilly much credit, even if this is true. There are far, far too many examples of this a-hole's biased, partisan, unbalanced behavior for one anomaly to count for much. He's still a complete putz in my book.
And I really like my book...

Well, I like to think I'm a bit more thoughtful than what you describe, but I'm sure you know me well enough to say otherwise.
I'm not enamored with the shrill voices on either the left or the right, as I think they add nothing of substance to the conversation and often serve only to increase the level of rancor. I happen to include O'Reilly in this category. There are a number of other personalities/outlets that at least make an honest attempt to discuss the issues without devolving into accusatory/nasty rhetoric.

Thanked: 90I hope you're not trying to imply that only liberals hate Fox news and the EIB network? Because a lot of people who aren't from the extreme left, and who are probably to the right of you on a number of issues find Rush and O'Riely to be really annoying, and actually counterproductive to intelligent political discourse.
Which party line are you referring to? Do you honestly think that the media has such a left wing slant? Really? Look at the Fox network for a few minutes. Do you think for a minute that they're fair and balanced? Just saying that they are doesn't make it so. Seriously
And speaking of crucifying those with differing opinions, look a bit more critically at the men you're defending here.
