I agree. I dislike that I can't hate someone for what they're doing- it's always got to go to race. Personally, I'm an equal opportunity hater...I'm more interested in hating your actions than your race, gender, etc.

You can still download iTunes and get podcasts on your computer. That being said, I love my iPod touch. I never much cared for whatever mp3 player brand I was using (as long as it worked), but the Touch is just sweet. It's a mini computer with wifi that just happens to also function as a great mp3 player. One day when I have the money, I plan on making a permanent mount in my truck dash I'm fabricating to hold the Touch like it was made to be there. Put a ton of music on it and I never have to listen to the radio again. In a perfect world I'd also figure out a way to hook it up to my engine and run diagnostics on it. Wouldn't that just be sweet?
