When I was younger I designed grocery stores from the ground up.

When I was older I worked in a kitchen as a Garde Chef. Cold Foods and Desserts. Then they gave me hot foods and cold foods. I could run the fry and pantry on a 200 seat night, turned twice, and expo without breaking a sweat.

Now that I am older and wiser I do not work that hard. I am a paralegal at a small firm in PDX.

33 Sir and I have lived a long 33 years.

Now I have a job that I do not need to work that hard at and still have a sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.
