The Japanese call it a hanko. We have them on our rank certificates. It is the seal used by the Japanese as "signature" for official documents.
This website has some starting at $9.98 if your name is in their pre-fab list. They can also do a full-blown custom one.

Thanked: 0I have a Chinese Chop that I had made when I was working in China, these are used as a signature or stamp using a red ink. Official government documents all seem have a red official stamp on them.
When a public official is disgraced as a result of some dishonest act they have their chop taken away and they then become a non person! because they can nolonger have a personal chop.
In India they used to use wax to seal packages. To stop tampering with packages in the mail, people would have their package wrapped in light canvas and the seams stitched. At the point where the seam was stitched down hot wax was applied and imprinted with a stamp. Often the stamp was the imprint of a signet ring with a unique pattern on it. Even today you often see Indian men wearing gold rings with fancy patterns on the ring.

Ink is cool too. I have an H for my last name. I get wax sticks that last for literally dozens of stamps. They look so damn cool. When you get a card or letter sealed in wax it just sends a greta message. Try these links or go to THINGS REMEMBERED inthe mall.
