Default One step closer to the Terminator

This shows incredible speed and accuracy, far beyond what we're capable of. Imagine if you could dribble a basketball this quickly!

So what uses does this potentially have (other than the military)?

I would reprogram it for back and forth motion, instead of up and down, put a razor in its hand, and let it strop my razor for me. 100 laps, 1/10th of a second!

It could also swirl up some mighty fine lather.

In a bowl! No face lathering, please!

How about robotic surgery? police bomb departments for defusing bombs with robots? coin operated massage parlors, with an expedited happy ending?

I immediately thought that too, but wouldn't that require the op[posite? I.e. slow moving and steady micro-movements?

Careful now, at that speed it could bobbit you before you could say 'relief'.
