Anyone in the market for a Wiener scraper? Sounds painful to me.

Shave your wiener with a Wacker ? That has a nice ring to it. Maybe could be developed into a jingle for an ad program.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Scraper from Vienna would be a more appropriate translation. They do turn up on ebay every so often, more so even on ebay.de
This one:
Rasiermesser "Wiener Schaber" Solingen - eBay.ch (endet 30.06.09 16:15:51 MESZ)
most likely fell victim to celluloid rot.
Here's another one:
eBay Österreich: Antikes Rasiermesser - Original Wiener Schaber (Artikel 330339174947 endet 28.06.09 22:00:00 MESZ)Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose. Jean-Baptiste Alphonse Karr.

Oh dear....I'm going to need to get my paws on one of these... not because my lower portion needs scraping so much as because I love, love, LOVE Wien... I lived there with a symphony for a month...wonderful.

Thanked: 402Its basically a small 4.5/8" shoulderless blade.
I had one from Weltmeister and currently have one from Puma.
Its Wiener Schaberl actually, and the "l" means something like small.

Thanked: 402on some of the blade etchings, Kees.
At first I thought it were just an extra font gimmick or such, but at one point it doomed to me.
