Little Wing is honestly my favorite song of all time! i don't know why and i have no justification for it but i could listen to this one over and over, and i sometimes do

the next two on my list would probably be Riviera Paradise and then Lenny. what can i say, i've been an SRV fan since i was 5.

Here are a couple of my favorites, not necessarily the best song examples, but it's hard to find good examples on youtube of these less known artists

I first saw this guy LIVE as an opener for the first G3 tour in Pittsburgh back in '96. I remember seeing this guy walk out with a chair and a guitar, and thought it might be a tech guy setting something up. Then he started playing and my GOD he blew me away! Took me a week or so after that to find out who he was, because he didn't introduce himself, wasn't on the program, and no one else said anything about him. He just came out, played, and left the stage. If you get the chance, check out some of his albums, he is amazing!

And of course, 3 of the masters!

Yes they are! The Ukelele its or own (portuguese) "cavaquinho" that our emigrants (mostly from Açores - "Azores") carried to Hawai this kind of instrument! Their King apreciated so much our "culture" that he embrassed as their own! I must say i never been to Hawai but many portuguese people said that its like beeing on Portugal (Açores - "Azores")!
I'm very glad that you mentioned / remembered that!

Wow, there are some great guitarists I've NEVER heard of. Thanks for the new obsessions! But I'm a little sad there's no love for Chet....
