    Nighttime.

EDIT: For those of you unlucky enough to not live near alfalfa, driving through the country near alfalfa fields at night/early morning is one of the most relaxing experiences. Nice cool breeze with the smell of alfalfa wafting around as you cruise wherever you're going. When I was young, I would help my uncle with his huge newspaper route through the country, and all throughout the morning we would have the cool breeze with alfalfa floating in on it. Good times

What's funny is I think alfalfa stinks to high heaven during the day.
