Thanked: 259exemptions from national healthcare
for all of you that are for healthcare, i have but one question for you. if it is so good and great, why are the president, vice president, all of congress and their families exempt from the thing.
give us all the same healthcare that they currently have and i may change my mind(very doubtful, but maybe)

Well you see, as a retired federal Employee I have that healthcare and for me and my wife I pay about $600 a month and that doesn't count all the copays and deductables. Think its still so great?

Thanked: 259i wish that was all i had to pay out every month, try 1200 and copays and all the deducts. i already know that by the time i retire in just over 15 years according to the charts at my insurance provider, i will be paying over 2500 per month. but i digress as soon that will all be taken care of by our great leaders in D.C. it does not matter what party is in power, we will have some kind of socialized healthcare sooner or later as we as a nation have become a land not of opportunity but a land of people with their hand stuck out for what they think is freebies.
