The amazing plastic DE
Heh. Came by this ultramodern plastic razorblade. Just what we've been for, eh? Now we can not only have the cartridge out of plastic, but blades too... Wow (I know. It's only makebelieve, but it made me smile)

that could work in a cheap DE for the young son that wants to shave with dad! he could have his own special blades, kids like that.

True. It could be to have that kind of bonding experience I never had. Though that might be too harsh of an edge and could actually nick if used carelessly. Maybe try to find a toy razor - there must be one somewhere. Or make one yourself with sculpey or very carefully blunt a junker.

My oldest daughter has a toy straight razor that she sometimes uses for shaving her face when I am shaving. She lathers her face, shaves, and then puts on AS afterwards.

Awww... Almost a shame she won't have a beard to shave with her dad.
Thanks for sharing.

She already made me promise that I would -make- a real blade for her when she turns 14 and I gladly said ok. If she ends up using a razor, I'd prefer it to be a real one and not a cartridge.
