My theory is that, on certain unannounced days, they hand out drivers licenses. I have seen some terrible driving recently (I've been driving more than usual). There's the usual changing lanes without looking, turning without signaling, leaving turning signals on for extended periods of time without actually turning, running red lights, and all that jazz.

What gets me the most is people who drive under the speed limit. Especially in the left lane. I can't think of anything that irritates me more. It totally inhibits the flow of traffic. This is especially bad in the Rochester area, where driving on Interstates (there are three here, none of which, by the way, do not leave the state). There is one particular stretch of 490 where it narrows from three lanes to two and the speed limit goes up from 55 to 65 MPH. And every time, I get stuck behind two cars, one in each lane, both doing 55 OR LESS!!!

WHY!?!?!?!?!?
